Harding Richards Lawyers (HRL) is a smaller, mainly commercial, law firm based in East Brisbane. While still a relatively young firm (established in 2003), HRL’s partners and staff have a wealth of experience. The expertise of HRL’s staff, its easily accessible location and its competitive rates, makes HRL an attractive alternative to larger city based firms.
OUR GOAL
HRL’s goal is to provide clients with the highes t possible standard of legal services in a practical, timely and cost effective way. The key to achieving this goal is:
» Communication
The solicitor and client relationship is dependent on good communication. At HRL we listen carefully to the needs of our clients. In turn, we provide our clients with open and honest advice. We understand that our clients need matters to be dealt with promptly and in a cost effective way. We endeavour at all times to provide realistic cost and time estimates. We also understand that clients need to be kept informed. We provide our clients with regular updates as to the progress and cost of each matter.
» Competence
HRL staff are highly qualified and highly experienced. HRL is committed to ensuring that those skills are maintained and enhanced so that the service we provide remains of the highest possible standard.
» Practical Strategies
Solving legal problems often requires someone who can think “outside the box”. At HRL we will provide you with an honest and accurate appraisal of your legal position, but we won’t stop there. We think strategically. We investigate all practical ways of achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
» Team Environment
As a smaller firm, HRL fosters and highly values team work. At HRL, we draw no distinction between partners, solicitors, paralegals and administration staff. The staff are all valued and important members of our team. This means that if one team member is unavailable, clients can expect that there will be other team members willing and able to respond to their needs.
